Shizuka is forced into a elementary school costume—tight-fitting clothes and a school backpack. As she grieves over the random punishment, the Slit-Mouthed Woman presses her, asking if she looks pretty. Shizuka flees to the empty school after classes. What is Kamui's secret plan, waiting for her in the infirmary? Kamui receives a message from Shizuka that she's going to hang out with her best friend Kyoko, and upon seeing the attached photo, he senses something.
