Grupo Macunaíma

In the era of large theater companies, Macunaíma was born—a group focused on art, language, and poetry. With productions that achieved both national and international success, the group relied on costumes and set designs that captivated audiences. Comprising twenty actors and actresses, the Macunaíma group engaged in extensive artistic research under the strong leadership of director Antunes Filho.
